My path to Sound Meditation began with a deep longing for stillness, balance and authenticity.
Between the ages of 18 and 30, I worked internationally as a fashion model in Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Düsseldorf, Melbourne and Auckland. A world driven by appearance, speed and performance, where I learned how little the outside sometimes reveals about what lives within.
After traveling the world for a year, I became the mother of three wonderful sons.
Years later, during my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, I discovered how deeply years of tension and stress had settled in my body. Struggling with severe back pain, I walked into a small shop selling Himalayan singing bowls. I lay down and a bowl was placed on my back.
Twenty minutes later, I stood up without pain.
But something even deeper had happened.
I felt a profound reset in my nervous system, body and mind, an incredible sense of calm I had never experienced before.
In that moment, I knew: this is something I want to share.
Today, I create a space where people can slow down, relax and allow their nervous system to return to a natural state of balance.
The journey from a world full of stimulation to the simplicity of silence and sound now forms the foundation of my work.
