and Sound Meditation.

I stand firmly with both feet on the ground, my approach is simple, grounded, and sincere. Sound Meditation offers deep impact, without needing to be mystical or abstract.

What brought me to this path is not a coincidence but a journey of experiences, choices and a deep desire for authenticity, peace and resonance…
My story from survival to passing on, from silence to sound
I had a difficult childhood, marked by impactful events and experiences that left a deep impression on me. They often made me feel alone, left to fend for myself, carrying responsibilities far too young. Emotions were not something we talked about. Feelings were seen as weak, inconvenient, or a burden. You just kept going. No complaining. No feeling.
And I kept that up for a long time.
Between the ages of 18 and 30 I worked as an international fashion model for modeling agencies in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Zurich, Paris, Milan, Melbourne, Auckland and New York.
I lived and worked in Rotterdam, Bremen, Hamburg, Melbourne, Zurich and Antwerp. A life full of movement, beauty and contrast, in which I learned that what you see on the outside does not always reflect what is going on inside.
After that chapter, my high school sweetheart and I spent a year backpacking around the world.
Not long after, I became the mother of three amazing sons, my greatest pride.
Family first, that choice comes from both my heart and the way I live.
My passion for vintage design and interior decoration is reflected in every detail of our home, which has often been rented out as a location for films and photo shoots.
I love traveling, adventure, flowers, positivity, and long walks in nature with my dog.
I'm open-minded, and my motto is: live, laugh, love.
But it wasn’t until I was at a Yoga Teacher Training in Bali that something happened that really touched me. After a long day of sightseeing, I could barely move because of the pain in my back. I walked into the Spirit of Sound Gallery where they asked me to lie down on the floor. They placed a singing bowl on my back. For twenty minutes, the resonance of the low frequencies brought my body into a state of deep relaxation. When I got up, the pain was gone..
It was a magical moment.
From that moment on I knew: this is what I want to pass on.
I immersed myself in Sound Meditation, followed internationally recognized courses and learned how sound and vibration set something in motion that you cannot touch with words . I saw how it releases tension, brings clarity and people come home to themselves again.

I now want to pass on what I myself missed in terms of peace and security.
A place where you don't have to carry anything, where you can relax, let go and come home.
No pressure. No judgement. Just be.
Power of Sound Meditation is not a method.
It is an experience that touches, beyond words.
An invitation to feel, to relax, and to re-member who you are in stillness.
Because sound reaches deeper than words ever can.
