What people experience

No two sessions are the same. No two people are the same. And yet, something always happens. Sometimes it’s visible, sometimes it happens quietly inside. Sound moves things, it touches layers that words often can’t reach.
What I witness during my sessions moves me, every time. The responses are so different, and all equally valuable.
What people experience…
Some people receive images or memories:
one person went back to her childhood, to a place of warmth and safety
another suddenly saw a father figure, even though his relationship with his real father was strained
Others feel physical sensations:
one felt their entire body vibrating, down to the bones
someone became very warm, and then ice cold
someone said, “I felt the left side of my brain heat up, strange”
one person felt pain in their hips, as if something old was being shaken loose
Sometimes an emotional wave comes:
one person had a vision, like drifting into a dream
another said, “I felt so high, from now on, I’ll come to you before I go out partying”
someone felt anger during the gong, it stirred something deep inside
and someone once looked me in the eyes and said, “you are my hero, my angel.
Sometimes emotions need to flow
I’ve seen people cry. Quietly, or with deep release. And that’s okay. That’s beautiful.
Let it out.
Don’t hold it back.
Let it move.
You don’t need to explain anything. You don’t need to talk. You can share, but you’re also welcome to stay in your own silence and carry the peace with you.
And sometimes… people snore
Yes, that happens too. Some people relax so deeply they fall asleep. In a private session, that’s totally fine.In a group, I gently tap a shoulder, simply out of respect for others. No judgment. Just gently returning.
Everything is welcome
There is no “right” way to experience Sound Meditation. It’s not a performance. Not a test. Not a therapy.Whatever you feel, or don’t feel, is valid.
There is nothing strange.
Nothing to be ashamed of.
Everything is welcome.
We’re here to soften. To settle. To remember we are human, with bodies, with emotions, with hearts.
And those hearts… they’re allowed to exhale.
