Sound Bath Antwerpen
Sound Meditation wordt ook wel Klankreis, Klankmeditatie, Sound Healing, Sound Bath, Sound Journey, Sound Ceremony of Sound Medicine genoemd. Al deze vormen werken met klank en trillingen.
In mijn sessies werk ik met intentie, ademhaling, klank, trillingen, frequentie, resonantie, meditatie en stilte voor integratie. Met gongs en Himalayan singing bowls help ik het lichaam van stress naar diepe rust te gaan.
Mijn manier van werken volgt vier eenvoudige stappen:
RELAX • RELEASE • RESET • RECHARGE
De studio POWER OF SOUND MEDITATION is in Schoten, bij Antwerpen.
Mensen uit Schilde, Brasschaat, Kapellen, Brecht en Antwerpen, maar ook uit Breda, Maastricht en Rotterdam, komen naar Schoten voor mijn sessies.
